99¢ Special - Intentional Overdose Prerelease Rerelease [20-Year Anniversary Edition]
In an amazing show of "better late than never", the soon* to be released and currently in production release of Intentional Overdose slogs along. Some 20+ years in production, the final release is actually being produced actively. The most recent step is the discovery of most of the samples sources found on the early 4-track cassette tape masters from the early to mid 90s. With these high fidelity samples, the sound quality can now surpass or at least match the standards of a conventional release in the 90s. Every sound can also be processed separately, making the mixing of this fully in control. This Prerelease Rerelease is not an updated version of the tracks in production, rather a rerelease of the original board mixes from 1996 recording session. Each tracks has been carefully processed and mastered, providing some slamming, in-your-face versions of these popular tracks.
In Development
Disinvention
A live noise session which would be neither planned or musical. The entire performance was meant to be released as a whole, unedited. Unfortunately, at the time in 1994, there was no way to release this due to the content length. Disinvention was the brain-child of Matt Lundy (Zombatose), an early 99¢ Special collaborator, and Exit, creator of 99¢ Special.
In Development
99¢ Special - Intentional Overdose [Redux]
A definitive reworking of the original release in its completed and fully produced form. The songs contained of this release have been completely reconstructed using the original sources, instruments, and vocal tracks where possible. Some tracks were recorded in haste on the original version, but now each song is represented according to the original vision.
Available
99¢ Special - Scraps

Ephemeral - Sovereign
Experimental electronic music composed by Exit from 99¢ Special. This EP puts 5 unusual tracks out for public consumption and hopefully digestion and not reverse peristalsis. These were created during the same time that the majority of the 99 material was being produced, but didn't fit the style.

99¢ Special - + tax & deposit
Here we have it, the first, the worst, the cheapest, the least, and the most fitting introduction of a band called 99¢ Special! Only 17 copies were made shortly before the second 99 show on February 23rd, 1993. It was entirely impromptu as then supporter and later stage performer Dan Gober insisted that Exit have some tapes to sell hour before the show. With Dan's coercion, Exit swayed. Together with early collaborator Matt Lundy, at a dollar store they bought some '3 for 99¢' tapes and duplicated as many copies as possible before the show.
